Use the inside of a banana peel to polish silver.

Gluten-Free Green Papaya Salad
Dressing
½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
2 sprigs fresh cilantro, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon Asian fish sauce or gluten-free soy sauce
1 tablespoon dark brown sugar
Juice of 1½ limes
½ teaspoon salt
Salad
1 medium green papaya, peeled, halved, seeds removed, sliced into matchsticks
1 English cucumber, sliced into matchsticks
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
Lime wedges, for garnish
1. In a small bowl, whisk together all dressing ingredients until combined. Set aside.
2. Place sliced papaya, cucumbers and tomatoes on a platter. Toss with dressing until evenly coated. Serve with lime wedges.
