 Dear Friends,
After so many years of challenge and change, I feel settled in ways that are inspiring and freeing.
Life is a journey.
Enjoy the process of all that is here for you in your life today and choose well how to deal with all of it.
I am grateful for all of my life and the people who have been significant along the way. Even the "messy bits" as the English, say.
I am grateful to share wisdom and grace, and how to release challenges and heartbreak, and live our life with love and joy.
I am grateful for you who are reading this newsletter. I hope that you are moved within and without to be you, and explore all your delicious possibilities here now.
Thank You all of the clients and students who have participated in our work together over the decades. I appreciate each one of you and am honored to travel with you on our life's journey.
Always remember, that this life is a miracle, as we live it each day.
The below has been the result of curiosity and deep reflection.
IS YOUR GLASS HALF FULL, HALF EMPTY, OR OVERFLOWING
 Our attitude and what we expect, rules our lives more than we know.
With a glass half-full, we have accepted our life with grace, and wait for more good things to come.
With our glass, half-empty, we see what we have, and are waiting for loss and pain, as we do not trust our ability to gain.
With our glass overflowing, we are in the circle of life, accepting, receiving, and allowing our lives to be nurtured and fed, healed, and transformed.
How we live our lives, is always based on how we see it, and us, and how we expect it to be.
When our focus is Half Full or Empty, we sit on the edge of our seat waiting for something.
A glass overflowing, accepts life in all of it's experiences, and forms.
We do not have to like it all, and yet we flow with it, and see all as the fabric of our lives, and choose how to flow and co-create moving forward.
A glass overflowing requires no waiting. We think and act fully participating.
REFLECT
 Ask yourself, am I looking for loss, or gain, or fully participating in the game?
Life is more glorious than we imagine.
As I have written and reflected on this for myself, I see that a glass overflowing always gave me everything I needed to overcome adversity and great loss, and become strong and confident, as I was open and discovered opportunities in how to best carry on.
I also learned the lessons of disappointment and expectations, and created healing, wholeness, and gain.
As we give thanks this week, go deeper in how you perceive life, love, sharing, and caring and be sure to put you at the top of the list.
As we love and appreciate us, we love others.
As we judge, and are hard on ourselves, we are hard on others.
THE CHOICE
Joy and laughter lead the way.
Taking ourselves seriously, is an ego game.

How to Grow and Heal with Be The Medicine Reiki.

 I found Reiki in 1994.
Being on a healing journey to Be The Medicine for myself, and exploring how to help others too, the learning of Reiki opened me up exponentially.
I had already studied many healing and energy modalities since nineteen sixty-seven. When I found Reiki I realized this was something that would help everyone.
There is a simplicity and purity with this profound modality. Everyone can participate and use it in our lives.
From my studies and experience, I realized that our modern interpretation and teachings of Reiki, did not always offer the knowledge needed to fully use this practice.
My goal is to have participants receive, and understand enough to use this wonderful energy with confidence in their daily lives.
By integrating the teachings and experience I have had, in the now fifty-six years of study and practice, and the spiritual growth and healing available, our Reiki classes empower and encourage students to live it in their everyday lives.
It's a new life, and beginning for all.

Ongoing Advanced Soul Shamanism Wednesdays

 I am excited to continue our personal and spiritual growth together every other Wednesday evening year round at 7 pm Eastern time on Zoom.
I have merged the groups into Wednesday nights only. Our next advanced class is on 11/29/23.
If you have taken any of the classes from 101, to many advanced levels you are welcome to join us. Everyone has an opportunity for learning, healing, new tools and spiritual and personal growth.
In these ongoing advanced classes we continue to add new ways and teachings beyond commonly known methods and dimensions. As the world is advancing in consciousness we are developing more reliance and understanding of our part in the journey.
Healing ourselves daily, as well as past, present, and future offers us direct ways of living in this world with grace and wisdom.
