Blessings.
Dear friends. I am writing you from the stunning cloud forest of Ecuador. At this moment I am surrounded by the gushing sounds of the Mindo River, a diversity of birds chirping, tarantulas, and light rain keep falling. I am taking in a big breath, relaxing, and processing the profound experiences of the 2022 Shamanic Healing Expedition. I was lucky to have a a group of 13 amazing and brave people from the UK, Amsterdam and the USA. These 16 intense days were life changing. My heart is full of gratitude to the shamans of the High Andes and those of the Siekopai-Secoya of the Amazon who opened their homes and hearts to us.
It is a lot to reflect on, from the profound teachings of the Condor, temazcal. La Limpia –Cleansing, Sound healing, Huchuma, Ayahuasca, Yaje ceremonies, hikes to the waterfalls, lakes and the breathtaking landscapes. (see some pictures on my Facebook page). I hope you can join me on my next trip.
