The 9th Annual Haunted Trail at the Adventure Center
October Oct 8-9, 15-16, 22-24, 27-30.
The 9th Annual Haunted Trail presented by Mellow Mushroom will be back at the Adventure Center this October. This Halloween-character theatrical performance that is presented on a spooky trail for ages 3-12 years old. The aerial Glow Trail at the Treetops Adventure Park will also be back this year, but you can climb 2 glowing trails! The entire event is outside at our 100+ acre location.
Tickets go on sale on September 1 on our website! Combo Passes to walk the Haunted Trail and climb the Glow Trail sold out quickly last year! However, Haunted Trail tickets do not sell out.

Twilight in the Treetops Park Night Climbs
We only have a few Twilight in the Treetops night climbs left this year.

On a fun evening, imagine climbing 40 feet in the air and zipping along a hang glider or a sky kayak in the largest adventure park in Western North Carolina. Then, as the sun starts to set, the challenges become illuminated with over 15,000 colored twinkle and laser lights. Five of the Adventure Park’s aerial trails become illuminated with all their leaves, cables, ropes and platforms.

OUTDOOR EXPERIENTIAL FIELD TRIPS FOR SCHOOL & HOMESCHOOL GROUPS

 The Adventure Center is the best outdoor experiential adventure for activities that cultivate leadership skills, team building, character development, and immersive learning!
We create exciting and competitive experiences designed to instill confidence, cooperation, communication, and connection between group members.
Our adventures are not just for students, we also host teachers and administrators for a fun day of team bonding adventures outdoors at ACA!
Choose one activity or group multiple programs together for a full day of adventure.

School groups are offered a discount Fall to Spring.
Homeschool groups (of 10 people or more) are offered a discount on weekdays through September 30 and December 1- March 11, 2022 (excluding Dec 20-Jan 1).

Adventure Club
This Fall join us for Adventure Club for ages 7-12 for a full day of fun! Your adventure club camper will have the opportunity to zipline on our KidZip course and climb the Asheville Treetops Adventure Park, as well as play games, do crafts, learn outdoor wilderness skills, and form connections with other campers in their community. Our trained and enthusiastic staff is dedicated to offering your campers an adventure filled day that will have them coming home with a smile on their face!
- $115 per session ($220/for two sessions)
- Ages 7-12
- Saturdays on September 11th, 25th, and October 9th, 23rd
- 8:30am – 4:00pm daily, campers bring their own lunch and snacks
- We have a minimum of 12 campers per session, and if we do not reach the minimum by the Thursday before we will have to cancel the session. In the event of a cancellation on our behalf we will offer a full refund.

Kolo Bike Park Fall Saturday Shred Sessions
Join us Saturdays this Fall from 10-4pm for our awesome Shred Sessions, professional mountain bike skills instruction. These outdoor facilitated clinics by experienced mountain bike counselors are for riders ages 8-15 to refine their mountain bike skills, build confidence on pump tracks, berms and jumps and have fun with other mountain bikers while improving their riding. Campers must be comfortable riding bikes on purpose-built and natural trails and pump tracks.

Kolo Bike Park Afterschool Bike Club
On Tuesdays & Thursdays this Fall, join the Kolo Afterschool Bike Club to grow your skills and enjoy fun afternoons on bikes! The club will be working on bike handling and riding all the trails and features of Kolo Bike Park. Students must be comfortable riding bikes off-road, as this is not a club to teach kids how to ride or for beginners.
Kolo is excited to be able to offer local students a great afternoon activity in an open-air environment on over 100 acres. Come shred and enjoy mountain biking with us!

Labor Day Monday, September 6 get 50% off your Adventures at the Adventure Center of Asheville and Wildwater, Ltd. In Asheville that includes our Asheville Zipline (ages 8+), Asheville Treetops Adventure Park (ages 4+) and KidZip (ages 4+). At Wildwater, Ltd., the discount applies to all of their locations (Pigeon, Nantahala, Ocoee and Chattooga Rivers) including white water rafting, ziplines, and more! Kolo Bike Park
$5 after 5 Thursdays until September 2!
Ride our Bike Park on Thursdays after 5pm for $5. (Rentals are available for extra charge.) Check out our trails, skills area, pump tracks, rock garden, Teeter Totter of Doom and Littleville!

Mountain Ebike rentals at Kolo Bike Park
Kolo Bike Park now offers E-MTB rentals to be used at our park, or around the many Ebike friendly destinations in Western North Carolina. Our rental package includes:
- 1 EMTB (Rocky Mountain Instinct Power Play 150mm)
- 1 Helmet
- 1 Park Pass
- Block of instruction on proper use of equipment
* Day rental is from 9am-6pm. Multi-day rentals are available.
