Our human family is waking up to a new way of being, and the time is ripe to nurture our dreams and heal our ancestral wounds.
We can turn to our green family, the plants, for guidance and support on this path of evolution and healing. Liz Neves, herbalist and author of Northeast Medicinal Plants: Identify, Harvest, and Use 111 Herbs for Health and Wellness, will introduce us to herbs that can help us on our journey, to soothe our hearts, heal our nerves, strengthen our core, and reach down into our roots to connect with the truth.
As we learn about and add these essential plants to our list of dream plants, we also take time to access their vibration to allow us to join our ancestors in dreamtime. A shamanic journey to remember the ancient ways of healing and curing with the beautiful colors, aromas, textures, as we learn to listen to the plants and understand our inner medicine behind it.

 Liz Neves is an herbalist and author of Northeast Medicinal Plants: Identify, Harvest, and Use 111 Wild Herbs for Health and Wellness (Timber Press).
In 2014 she founded Gathering Ground (gatheringground.nyc) as a platform for herbal education, earth-based spirituality, meditation, and energy healing. Her classes are inspired by and feature plant spirit connection, folk medicine making, and dreamwork.

About Irma StarSpirit Turtle Woman:
|
 She is a Medicine Woman honoring the ways of the Mayan & Taino curanderas and medicine elders, she is a Shamanic, Crystal Healer & Teacher, a Toltec Dream-weaver. Irma uses sound healing, crystals, and works with the "poderios" the elemental forces to keep an open channel of communication to the Great Spirit. Her teachings are accompanied with prayer and traditional indigenous ceremonies to heal her community with heart.
