A healer lies within us all, we are always here to provide service to others. Have you taken time to give that tender love and care to yourselves lately? Isn’t it time for the self-care, self-love and feeding and being within our divine essence.
It’s been a long time of social distancing dealing with the feeling of the stress from isolation and quarantine can be overwhelming for all, it bears a lot on the body, mind and spirit.
Creating a healing space for yourself and taking time to energize and activate our Hands, Throat, Third Eye, Crown and our High Heart. The energy work needed for all to provide for ourselves. As helpers and caretaker’s time passes and we need to realize we to deserve the self-care and energy boost which allows us relax, rejuvenate and restore ourselves. It only takes a few moments a day and some of the exercises can help you when you’re about to go to sleep, to help induce a peaceful state for dreamtime.
We begin with clearing our high heart from current emotions, opening our voice with sound and vibration. Then proceed to opening up a Galactic gateway with our third eye and we will combine it with the pyramid of light to flow throughout our energy field and body. These energy hand exercises do bring peace within the body and also help us relax throughout the day and evening.
