I have literally taken everything I provide my one on one personal training clients and packaged it into this very easy to follow program.

Now, I know this looks like a lot but no worries!! I took the liberty to show you just how easy it is in 6 simple steps:

 
 
 
 
 
 
      Looking in the center section you will see the OPFT Logo with nine black and yellow tabs running vertically below it. (The tab that says "MY OPFT Schedule" does NOT have a link. Its to inform you of where the training schedule starts). You will follow along these tabs vertically from top to bottom. *Your four E-Books are located on the side (2 on each side, see above).  
 
 
 
 
 I do recommend you print this out and put it in a binder. You will find all of your tracking logs, etc. in here.
 
 
 
 
    
 
    
 
 
 
 

 
 
 
 
 
 
As you complete your daily exercise protocols you will log them in the appropriate spot in the top chart. The bottom chart is for you to plot out and track your annual training program.
 
Each calendar has direct links to that days goals to achieve: Exercise, Nutrition and Behavior Modification. With the calendar downloaded on your phone you have direct access to your goals on demand. Exercise protocols have direct links to the video demonstrations!!
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Phase One: Corrective Exercise (As needed). If no movement impairments are noted during your mobility assessment than you may go directly to Phase Two.
 
 
 
 
 Phase Two: Stabilization Training. 
 
 
 
 
 
 Phase Three: Strength Training. 
 
 
 
 
 Phase Four: Power Training. 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
      This is basically a repeat of your Pre-Training Tasks. Now you will have some comparable data.

Did you reach your health, fitness, and performance goals?

Has your behavior changed in any way?

     • Is exercise a regular part of your routine?
     • Do you practice daily/weekly gratitude more often?
     • Are you better with stress management?
     • Do you practice deep breathing and muscle relaxation
           techniques
     • Has your nutritional practices improved?
 
     After completing the monthly phases sequentially your body will have achieved optimal stabilization, strength, and power. Therefore, to continually “shock” your body, see results, and prevent boredom you can then start to mix it up. For example, you can do one week of stabilization, the next week of strength, and the next week of power training. Mix it up any way you would like!!
