Come join me for an uplifting exploration of your intuitive abilities, where you'll experience safe, easy, and practical methods of tuning into your own inner wisdom. We are all born with intuition, or psychic "knowing" -- but few are encouraged to listen to it, much less develop it. Like any other innate gift, intuition can be developed with the proper intention, guidance, and practice.
Through guided meditations and hands-on exercises, you'll learn to trust your inner knowing and to distinguish it from thoughts produced by fear or desire. You'll learn to assess people and situations, and whether any type of decision is for your higher good or would lead to disappointment. You'll also learn to sense energy and how to expand and contract your own energy field at will. If you've been puzzling over a life situation and can't seem to break through to a solution, feel free to bring your question(s) to this workshop. Attendance at the Tuesday evening 6/16/20 Introductory Workshop is suggested but not required. All levels of intuitive development are welcome.
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a pen, notebook, and water.
