This workshop will focus on how to revolutionize the Psyche Power (Circle of Excellence) by adapting the three elements of life, Body (Temple) Mind (Energy) and Spirit (Awareness of Being).
We will be taking a proactive approach by embracing effective solutions that can help in letting go of outdated ideas, plus ways on how to relieve our mind from stressful feelings.
We will break through the beliefs of not good enough, not creative enough with:
1. Opening Presentation about inner beauty and strength.
2. Introduction to a dynamic breathing exercise.
3. Internal moving meditation.
4. Clearing the limited thoughts for transformation with sound vibrational music.
