Rosangel Lil Wolf and Judith Grasshopper have combined two elements of self-healing Laughter Yoga with the assistance of Sitting Chair Yoga.
An Evening of Gentle stretching and movement of the physical body with ease all blended together with a mixer of Laughter Yoga.
Chair yoga helps improve strength, flexibility and balance with the breathe while sitting on a chair, as we focus our relaxation on laughter as a healing modality.
The goal of Laughter yoga is to connect us from the heart without judgement.
" We Fake it until We make it" is our motto in the class, as we join together in a fun healthy way to release pent up energy and physical stress with movement, laughter, breathe, and play together.
It's simple natural medicine that automatically makes us feel better.
What we offer is Simplicity, yet, is also profound.
Notes for Classes: Bring water, Dress in comfortable clothes.

Initiated and an Indigenous MedicineWay Practitioner, Completed program at NY Open Center under Integrative Sound and Music Practitioner training. Competed a Sound and Sonotherapy program at Sage Academy of Sound Energy. Gong Master Certification. Judith is a graduate of the Lakshmi Chair Yoga

She is also a Yoga, Laughter Yoga Instructor and has incorporated dance and movement into many different circles including “Elders Wellbeing circles and holding laughter yoga circles with young mother’s. She dedicates Spiritual wellness programs to her Williamsburg Brooklyn Community.
