Learn more about yourself/personality and how to remedy/heal Obstacles related to your birth chart and hereditary traumas. *This is a unique workshop first time presented in NYC.
We will start with a balancing kriya Meditation (breathing and movement) a sound bath will follow.
Having handy your Astrology Chart will be important (I will explain ahead of time-upon registration).
In the afternoon part we will experience the energy of our chart/Constellation in relation to our life’s organic movement.
