We welcome the heart of fall with an Autumn Abundance Equinox Celebration, embracing the seasonal changes and balance between light and darkness. Breathing and being mindful of the balance amidst the change.
It is the time to embrace the the bountiful harvest. We will partake of creating a medicine abundance bundle. Also sharing sound, song and dance to enjoy the movement of the winds of change.
Join us in change, movement and lots of music making and sounds. We can change the world as we change ourselves acknowledging the life cycles and your spiritual path.
Please bring your favorite musical instrument of choice, warm socks (no shoe policy) a notebook and pen and you may also bring your favorite grains, corn, rice, herbs and plants to make your abundance bundle.
Supplies for Abundance bundle will be provided.
Please bring a rattle or drum.
