Medicine of The Shift of Fluid Movement

A special workshop of the Evolutionary Flow of mystic movement, soulful dance and Tensegrity® magical passages and shamanic trance-dance with four master teachers.
We as medicinepeople must remember to take care of our physical bodies, as well as our emotional, mental and spiritual body. One must feel the life living force energy around us to harmonize, unify, tune and align ourselves to become better channels and bring inner balance within.
Come join us in a day of fun with movement, breathe and shifting into new energy flow to help restore and nurture the body as well as our energy fields. Tap into the flow of movement, emotion, self-awareness, spirit assistance and energetic resonance.
Eliana will guide us through the magical passes of Tensegrity®, these exercises contract and relax the tendons and muscles of the body. The movements involve cleansing our physical body and clearing them for new purpose. With the combination of breath work and movement which stimulate us to awakens all our cells within our body. To connect us to our heart, body and Spirit.
Christina will guide us with Evolutionary Flow, as movers to connect and express their physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies. It is through the breath and conscious movement that balance occurs allowing for movers to feel open, emotionally connected and animated, empowered and at ease in their bodies.
Irma will guide us through Ecstatic Trance Dance to help open the shifts of awareness to change perceptions and sense, feel and become fluid movement as we shapeshift into new body forms. Shapeshifting is manifested through our "intent of awareness". Some indigenous tribe shamans use shape shifting with dance, sound and journey these are simple tools to healing.
Rosangel will guide you with Soulful Dancing - as a Mystic Movement Meditation & Journey. Enjoy the movement with fun as it gets you
shaking. Helping you feel more connected and present to yourself, your body, and your environment. If you have been feeling stuck, clogged up, anxious, stressed, or depressed, the dance circle held with love and intention can really help alleviate some of these feelings...If even for a moment.

About the Teachers:

 Xtina Roman is an intuitive Feminine Movement Instructor, Shamanic practitioner, Reiki & Crystal Master, and Certified Yoga Instructor.
She's been guiding women of diverse backgrounds and physical capabilities the language of their expressive bodies through feminine movement for 12 years. In recent years, she has been incorporating the teachings of her teachers Irma StarSpirit and Judith Grasshopper into her evolutionary movement practice.

 Eliana Peralta is a Level I Facilitator of Tensegrity®, the modern day practice of a lineage of seers dating back to ancient Mexico. She has been a Tensegrity® practitioner since 1994 and through this work she has found her path with heart.

 Irma StarSpirit is a Medicine Woman honoring the ways of the curanderas and medicine elders of her Maya & Taino Lineage.
She has been a been in the MedicineWay for over 21 years. She is a Shamanic, Reiki, Crystal healer/teacher and Toltec dreamworker/dreamweaver.

She is also a Yoga, Laughter Yoga Instructor and has incorporated dance and movement into many different circles including “Elders Wellbeing circles and holding laughter yoga circles with young mother’s. She dedicates Spiritual wellness programs to her Williamsburg Brooklyn Community.
