This series of classes uses creative principles such as paying attention, thinking differently, taking a break, playing, and finding your authenticity in the guise of "Nine Modern Day Muses (and a Bodyguard)" to activate, deepen, and make creativity more accessible and more of a priority. Using readings, creative exercises, humor, profoundly power philosophies, and mindfulness geared to every level from beginner to master, watch procrastination, resistance, perfectionism, difficulty focusing, overwhelm, and general crankiness begin to melt away and be replaced with passion and free-flowing expression.
