This a special day class is being offered to healers of all levels and modalities. The focus is on helping yourself restore energy and then be able to help others through special healing techniques and energy body work .
You will explore the power of your hands to open subtle energy points within the body and to enter the seven layers within the body, working with transmitting light, color and energy from your hands. Wounds in the body can be crippling, so we will work on understanding and using breath, targeting pains within the body and communicating with them to release the memory that is kept within them.
Thus we will learn to heal these wounds through presence of being to be able to clear and align energy centers. Levels we enter in this work: Energy hand techniques, energy centers, treating the body with Dance and Song, and working with light and color from the elementals.
Please bring a crystal, drums and rattles to class. Some work we will explore with Vogel Wands, will have some for class use.
