Hi Friends,
Its been a wild year with many people feeling like things are falling apart worse than ever. It's been a time of shaking up and breaking up to allow renewal. People are the difference one person, one day at a time.
Each one of us is a co-creator of our life, health, happiness and wealth. Being pro-active and making positive change is important. The only place that we can become stuck is in our mind. As we open to more possibilities, more opens up in our consciousness and reality.
Fall the leaves remind us its time to pull in and let go and go deep to review and discover where we are and where we want to be. Am I living my truth? Truth is all about us not others. Its about how do I live a positive, present and productive life?
We may be moving through great loss and pain and need time to grieve and reclaim our life in new ways. We may be ready to fly aligned with our purpose and mission in life. We may be in between and not sure what is next or where we are going. The main thing is to wake up and choose every step of the way and if it is not correct to choose again.
I am offering classes and circles and talks as I am busy writing this season. If there is something you want to learn or a class you want to take reach out to me so I can plan the dates with you in mind. Sometimes a few people call asking for a class within days and we set one up and others join. I put Medical Intuition into 2018. Reiki Master Class forming as well. Let me know of your interests.  As a spiritual guide and teacher I am often amazed at how many people want to skip steps on the journey. The steps are the journey. Unless we walk it fully we are full of holes that make us insecure and ungrounded and often take us backwards.
The journey builds on itself step by step. As our mind and heart awaken we are guided through lessons along the way. There is no quick fix and yet there are direct ways to move forward in love and grace.
I have fallen in love with the subtleties that awaken and unfold everyday. Patience pays off as we step forward with curiosity instead of expectation. Even today I revel in the magic and mystery as it unfolds.
In developing Be The Medicine teachings and practices over fifty-years I researched to find ways to breakthrough side trips and illusions and take a direct path for ourselves.
Each one of us is unique and has our own journey and yet there are ways that support each one of us everyday and as we awaken to more of who we are, why we are here, and how to enjoy it all. We can stay awake and be engaged along the way. All traditions are honored and your alignment and calling is discovered, explored and supported.
