A special workshop of Energy movement, dance and magical passages with four Master Teachers, teaching energy flow, Tensegrity®, magical passages, Qi Gong with 6 healing sounds & shamanic trance into shapeshifting to help us empower our body & energetic body fields.
We as medicine healers, must remember to take care of our physical bodies, as well as our mental and spiritual body. One must feel the life living force energy around us to harmonize, unify, tune and align ourselves to become better channels and bring inner balance within.
Come join us in a day of fun with movement, breathe and sound to fill, restore and nurture our energy fields. Enter the energy flow of movement, emotion, self-awareness, spirit assistance and energetic resonance. Christina guides movers to connect the physical, emotional, mental and Spiritual bodies. It is through this process and balance, full-embodiment can occur catalyzing integration, re-alignment, and healing.
Eliana will guide us through the magical passes of Tensegrity®, these exercises contract and relax the tendons and muscles of the body. The movements involve cleansing our physical body and clearing them for new purpose. With the combination of breath work and movement which stimulate us to awakens all our cells within our body. To connect us to our heart, body and Spirit.
LinDel will introduce us to the Six Healing Sounds meditation.
In the ancient Chinese system of Taoism (upon which Chinese medicine, acupuncture and martial arts are based), unresolved negative emotions such as: impatience, worry, depression, fear and anger
are heavy energies that can get stuck in your major internal organs - Heart, Spleen, Lungs, Kidney and Liver.
These energy blockages drain your life force energy or "chi" and often lead to chronic disease. The Six Healing Sounds is a sitting or standing meditation involving easy arm movements and simple sounds synchronized with deep breathing. These simple techniques will help you release stuck energy and transform it into positive virtues of love, balance, courage, serenity and kindness.
At the end of the day we enter an altered state of trance with Irma, and open the shifts of consciousness, change and open up your senses to feel and become our animal guardians in their most powerful forms. Shapeshifting is manifested through our "intent of awareness". Some indigenous tribe shamans use shape shifting with dance, sound and journey these are simple tools to healing. There is so much to learn and explore with our totem and allies, enter the interdimensional space and find the purpose and the medicine behind them.

 Christina Roman is an intuitive Feminine Movement Instructor and Shamanic Reiki & Crystal healer. She has been guiding students of all ages, backgrounds and diverse physical capabilities the language of their expressive bodies through feminine movement for 10 years.  Eliana Peralta is a Level I Facilitator of Tensegrity®, the modern day practice of a lineage of seers dating back to ancient Mexico. She has been a Tensegrity® practitioner since 1994 and through this work she has found her path with heart. Eliana has a life long background in dance and body movement. Contact Eliana

LinDel Sandlin Furtsch has been avidly practing qi gong and tai chi for over 25 years. In 2012, she became is a certified instructor of the Tao Basics in the Universal Healing Tao system created by Grandmaster Mantak Chia.
She has completed a 2 year course in shamanic healing with Alberto Villoldo and his Light Body School and apprenticed with Irma StarSpirit Woman, whom she continues to study with. She spent a month journeying with indigenous shamans in Peru. Also, part Cherokee and Muskogee, she continues to learn how to weave together these seemingly different yet similar wisdom teachings from both sides of the planet. She is grateful to all her lineages of teachers.
