Teaming up again Irma & Eliana enter the wakeful dream world of Being In Dreaming to help empower the Dreambody by combining the use of Toltec Dream Exercises, Tensegrity® Movements and Shamanic Journey and Recapitulation work.
As we enter heighten states of awareness to shift the physical body to work and access the dream body to explore techniques of self healing, distant healing, mending soul and using psychic telepathy to transmit information to others. This work is accessed with the help of the elementals and altered heightened states of awareness. This class is creates a bridge of the warrior's dream & change.
Eliana will be teaching us Tensegrity® movements that empower our connection to our inner seer, to help us recognize new possibilities and to enhance our dreaming and waking attention. These ancient energy-enhancing movements and breaths can help us direct our energy and awareness to access what don Juan Matus called freedom of perception— the freedom to move past any limiting interpretations learned from our upbringing and culture to perceive energy directly; to dream true interdependence. And from there bring our gifts back to our waking life.

 Eliana Peralta is a certified level I Facilitator of Tensegrity®, the modern day practice of a lineage of seers dating back to ancient Mexico. She has been a Tensegrity® practitioner since 1994 and through this work she has found a path with heart; one that makes for a joyful journey. Eliana is a certified Feldenkrais Awareness through Movement teacher and has been a student of Tango and Flamenco dance since 2000. She continues to study the Feldenkrais Method in New York City and is currently studying to be a level II Facilitator of Tensegrity®.

 Irma StarSpirit Woman is a Medicine Woman honoring the ways of the Mayan & Taino curanderas and medicine elders, she is a Shamanic & Reiki Master, Certified Crystal Healer, Toltec Dream-worker. Co-Founder of the New York Shamanic Healing Circle, and core member of the NY Shamanic Circle for 19 years.
StarSpirit Woman uses sound healing, crystals, and works with the "poderios", the elemental forces to keep an open channel of communication to the Great Spirit. Her style is accompanied by prayer work and traditional indigenous ceremonies to heal her community with heart.
