and celebrates the international release of JAZZ NOIR, Dmitri's eleventh album as leader.

JAZZ NOIR, a fresh spin on crime jazz, film noir and timeless classics, will be released February 20 on the Papillon/Blueport Jazz label. Mysterious, melancholy and menacing, Dmitri's new album features “some of the most accomplished musicians in the western United States” (All About Jazz), including Bill Anschell, Matt Clark, Nick Manson, Charles McNeal, Susan Pascal, Phil Sparks, Todd Strait, Akira Tana, Jay Thomas and John Wiitala.
